Ian Woolley

Before setting up HLS Solutions, Ian was a Senior Manager at a leading property software company for 10 years.  He was directly responsible for providing support for over 2000 customers across the UK and managing a multi million pound budget.

Prior to this Ian has come from a property and finance background, which has provided him with the perfect skills to ensure the quality and commitment to service HLS Solutions can provide is second to none.

Monika Woolley

Monika has a background in residential and commercial property having studied Valuation and Estate Management at University in Bristol.

Monika worked for a number of leading independent and national property firms in Bristol before moving to Cornwall in 2001.  For the last 8 years she has been juggling being a busy mum with running a successful property inventory business.

At HLS Solutions Monika is responsible for marketing, office administration and support for our valued customers.

Development Team

Our development team have been selected for their huge experience of software development in Microsoft software applications.

With previous projects including financial, medical, web and mobile applications they are in an ideal position to help develop a software package that will be a market leading both now and as the software continues to evolve...
