Before setting up HLS Solutions, Ian was a Senior Manager at a leading property software company for 10 years. He was directly responsible for providing support for over 2000 customers across the UK and managing a multi million pound budget.
Prior to this Ian has come from a property and finance background, which has provided him with the perfect skills to ensure the quality and commitment to service HLS Solutions can provide is second to none.
Monika has a background in residential and commercial property having studied Valuation and Estate Management at University in Bristol.
Monika worked for a number of leading independent and national property firms in Bristol before moving to Cornwall in 2001. For the last 8 years she has been juggling being a busy mum with running a successful property inventory business.
At HLS Solutions Monika is responsible for marketing, social media, office administration and support for our valued customers.
Prior to joining HLS Solutions, Tom ran an IT repair and Web Development company with skills gained from his Computing and Internet Technology course at Bournemouth University.
In April 2013 Tom joined the HLS Solutions team to provide software support for all clients. Experience of information technology and website development enables him to offer help to customers with all software and website enquiries.
Our development team have been selected for their huge experience of software development in Microsoft software applications.
