Software Training
Whilst we are confident that our software is very user friendly, we appreciate that when you are getting started you may need some extra assistance to help get up and running.
HLS solutions therefore offer personalised training sessions in your office, where we will discuss your working practises and take you through all aspects of the software to work out how it can be utilised to best help your business.
If you prefer to have smaller "top up" training sessions, or break it down into smaller parts of the program, we are able to offer remote training. During this, we will provide training over the telephone, whilst simultaneously connecting to your computer where we can both view your screen.
All our trainers have vast experience within the property industry and are completely familiar with our software. In addition to carrying out training, our staff will speak to you both before and after your appointment to ensure you maximise the benefit from the session provided.
